Construction & Materials

• The main body is made from 7075 high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, known for its excellent strength, durability, and lightweight properties. The gray finish provides corrosion resistance and a professional appearance.

• The central connecting rod is also crafted from 7075 aluminum, shaped in a golden hexagonal profile for improved grip and rigidity. It includes clearly marked scales, allowing precise alignment and repeatable positioning.

Leveling System

• An oil-filled bubble level is integrated into the top center of the front and rear brackets.

  • This helps ensure the jig is perfectly level during use, which is critical for maintaining consistent sharpening angles.

Stability Features

• The base includes rubber foot pads, providing anti-slip stability and preventing movement during operation.

Clamp Design

• The jig features dual clamps with complementary shapes:

  • Left clamp: straight outer surface, curved inner surface
