Shipping & Returns
Shipping will either go UPS, Purolator, Canpar or Canada Post, unless express options are requested. If you have questions about shipping please email firstname.lastname@example.org
You can return a product within 10 days as long as it has not been used. Just email email@example.com and let us know what the problem is or why you would like to return the product. If it is a sizing issue for a helmet and you have already tried all of the other sizing liners in the box we may be able to simply send you the correct sizing liner and save you some money on shipping the helmet back to us. Make sure to ask for an RA#. We will email you back with an RA# and then you just send the product to the address below. (you pay for shipping and we suggest you get a tracking # so you can track the package). When we receive the product we will refund you the amount of the original purchase (EXCEPT SHIPPING FEES). Some returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All products are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase to be free of manufacturer’s defects. This only applies to the original owner and must be accompanied by a sales receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, accident, negligence or normal wear and tear. If you feel your product has a manufacturer defect you should email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and an explanation of what is wrong. We will reply to your email with a WA#. When you have the WA# send the product to the address below. If the product has a manufacturer defect we will send you a new product. If the product does not have a manufacturer defect you will need to pay for shipping for us to return the product to you.
