Apogee replaceable diamond sheets

NOTE: These sheets are universal and fit any diamond sharpening system with removable sheets.

The sharpening surfaces are fixed on a perfectly flat aluminum plate to offer exceptional sharpening quality. That said, these sheets are replaceable.

To remove them:

• Use a heat gun to heat the sheet itself.
• Use an exacto knife and insert the blade underneath the sheet to remove it.
• Clean the surface to remove the residual glue.

To install the new sheets:

• Remove the adhesive protective film
• Stick the sheet to the plate

OPTIONS:

• Different grains: 400 – 600
• Sheet size 1.5″x 4″

Advantages and benefits:

Apogee Diamond sharpening stones are extremely flat and stay flat over the lifetime of the stone. This is extremely helpful when sharpening tools that require an absolutely flat stone. Diamond stones are also the easiest to maintain, simply dry the stones after use.

If diamond stones are properly maintained, meaning they are kept clean and stored dry, they can last a long time. For those that use stones on a daily basis and maintain them properly, the diamond will likely last years. For those that use them regularly, it’s likely the stone will last for a very long time.
