The Bont long track speed skating Boss ice skate consists of is a hand made carbon composite boot made with Bont’s famous one-piece construction method and long track clap blade. The boot is made by hand from the inside out with every layer bonding or sewn to the layer under it. The boot fits like a glove and offers high-end performance at an entry-level price. Bonts’ unique pressure wrap system removes more excess resin than any other carbon lay-up technique.

The Bont M3 long track clap ice blade is a great entry-level long track ice speed skating blade. The clap mechanism uses a strong spring and the blade is built to last. The steel is 58 Rockwell which is a good entry-level steel that is easy to sharpen and is not too brittle so it should be able to withstand minor crashes.
Long track ice speed skating is an enjoyable winter sport and the Bont M3 long track clap blade will give you years of enjoyment for ice skating on a 400m track on a frozen lake or river.
